Implementation
- Based on the drawings, cap sample, and plant layout provided by the customer, we designed and built a line configured for the facility’s ceiling height and adapted to the
load-bearing columns located throughout the production area. - The fully integrated solution — feeding, sorting, vision inspection, assembly, and packaging — was assembled and tested at our production site. The customer supplied samples, which we used to carry out all industrial testing.
- After testing, we delivered the line to Russia and completed full commissioning at the customer’s plant.
Result
- A customized three-component cap assembly line with an output of 6,000 pieces per minute was delivered and commissioned.
- Line operators were trained and approved for independent operation of the assembly line.
- Regular technical support and service were established.
- After completion of the project, the customer ordered one more assembly line.
Project implementation period: 6 months.
